SYDNEY  19 March 2026— SCP is thrilled to share that, in partnership with a leading Global Systems Integrator, we have secured a significant z/OS migration project in the USA, scheduled to unfold over the next 20 months. 

This achievement once again highlights the enduring strength of mainframe technology. Our approach involves straightforward re-compiles to modernise their source code, consolidating their environment by introducing a single scheduling solution (IWS), a unified security platform (RACF), and upgrading to the latest z/OS 3.2 system. These changes will substantially streamline their daily operations, bolster security, and open the door to DevOps practices, with comprehensive training and onboarding included.

We are grateful for the outstanding support we are receiving from IBM and their business partner. The client is highly engaged, with involvement from senior management ensuring collaborative and timely decision-making throughout the process.
